When the Rio Grande Herald closed. This has been a true labor of love thank you to the Rio Grande Herald, University of North Texas for the Portal to Texas History and preserving Texas history. We are very proud to announce an upcoming exhibit and presentation by Hector Astorga formally of Rio Grande City! Hector is a renowned photographer who was recently interview by Richard Moore about photographing nature in the Rio Grande Valley. He has many award winning images.
