Rio Grande City Public Library

To borrow library materials you must obtain a library card by completing a brief application and providing current Texas drivers license or Texas photo identification with a current address. The card is valid for two years.  Most books and audio materials circulate for 14 days. Items can usually be renewed for one additional loan period if the item has not been reserved. Loan periods for videos and DVDs vary from one to three days.
