Join us for a festive celebration at the Rio Grande City Public Library! Encourage kids to unleash their creativity in our Holiday Fun Coloring Contest in this week's Starr County Town Crier. The Annual StoryBook Christmas will be on Tuesday, December 12th with Free "Photos with Santa", Christmas crafts, games, light refreshments, and toy giveaways. Winners of the Coloring Contest will be announced at this event and on social media.
